Hawaii and paradise are often mentioned in the same sentence. Travellers from around the world agree that it has magic all of its own. It’s not just the gorgeous beaches and lovely year-round weather. It’s also that unique aloha spirit, which seems to surround you wherever you go in the Hawaiian Islands.
Being part of the United States means that many of the conveniences may remind you of back home, but first and foremost, Hawaii is an idyllic destination, equally thrilling if your visit is a winter escape, an active vacation, or a honeymoon.
While some things might have changed, or evolved, on a trip to Hawaii, we want to ensure that our custom travel experiences are perfect for the modern traveller and cater to a wide variety of interests. That way, when it’s time for you to book that Hawaiian vacation, you’ll find what you’re looking for with Goway.
What makes Hawaii such a great beach destination?
Well, the beaches are superb and they come in pristine white, black or even green, with accommodation that includes some of the most dazzling and lavish beach resorts in the world. First-time travellers might opt for Oahu and the fun of Waikiki, or Maui, but there are other islands to explore. Kauai and the Big Island offer magnificent landscapes, parts of which are just a little more off the usual tourist track.
The weather is great year-round, and ideal right now for an escape in the winter. The people are welcoming and friendly, incorporating Polynesian hospitality into the tourism experience. You need only experience a luau feast to understand how extravagant and captivating Hawaiian hospitality is. The landscapes range from fascinating to dramatic and anything in between. Towering volcanoes, emerald valleys, hidden pools, and intimate villages are among the mesmerizing scenery you can explore. A Hawaiian vacation offers much more than great beaches. It truly caters to a variety of travel interests.
What do you need to know about Goway’s Hawaii vacation packages?
We have refreshed our Hawaiian travel options
We’ve revitalized our travel options in Hawaii by creating itineraries that include delightful excursions, offering experiences which will appeal to anyone seeking pristine beaches, breathtaking landscapes, family fun or exquisite romantic settings. All our packages are fully customizable, which means you can add or change excursions or extend your stay when planning with your Destination Specialist. Ten of our itineraries are land-only packages that include great hotel accommodations and excursions as well as a car rental on Maui, Kauai, and the Big Island when you book a multi-island package. The program is rounded out by two 5-day itineraries to Oahu and Maui that include roundtrip airfare from Toronto (YYZ), Vancouver (YVR), New York City (NYC), Chicago (ORD), and Los Angeles (LAX).
Our trips to Hawaii feature various combinations of the Hawaiian Islands
You don’t have to stick to one island when travelling to Hawaii with Goway. While we do offer dedicated vacations to Oahu, Maui, Kauai, and the Big Island, we also feature combinations of Oahu and Maui, as well as a three-island combo to Oahu, Maui, and the Big Island. You can even hit up all the islands if you’re interested in a more intensive tour of Hawaii. Four Flavours of Paradise is a 13-day journey across all four islands.
Our Hawaii vacations feature convenient add-ons & popular tours
Much of the joy of travelling to Hawaii is exploring at your own pace and enjoying the beaches and resorts at your leisure. Thus, our trips to Hawaii include some free time to explore on your own. Importantly, trips to Maui, Kauai, and the Big Island also include car rentals, which is essential for your flexibility. Local transit on these islands can be spotty at best, and very expensive. Having a car allows you to drive to the starting points of excursions and explore other places on your own without having to worry about added expenses or inconsistent service.
A key part of our vacation packages is the inclusion of popular excursions and tours. On Maui, you can experience the famous Road to Hana, a dramatic drive along the coastal highway on the north shore, which is considered one of the most beautiful road trips in the entire world. Still, on Maui, you can snorkel in Lahaina Turtle Town, one of the best snorkelling spots in the Pacific. On Kauai, you can ride a helicopter over Manawaiopuna Falls, famous for its appearance in Jurassic Park, or hike the Diamond Head crater on Oahu. And, of course, most trips to Oahu include a tour of Pearl Harbor, which recounts the tragic history of the surprise attack that brought the United States into World War II.
We feature a variety of themed travel packages that cater to specific travel interests
If you have your heart set on a specific kind of travel experience in Hawaii, you’ll find it with Goway. For instance, the 8-day Oahu & Maui: Adventures in Paradise is perfect for nature lovers who want to explore the majestic waters and volcanoes of these two islands. Honeymooners or travellers looking for a romantic escape should book the 8-day Oahu & Maui Romantic Getaway, which features deluxe accommodations at the legendary Royal Hawaiian on Oahu and the fabulous Ritz Carlton on Maui’s Kapalua Coast. Hawaii is also popular with family travellers, so we’ve got the 8-day Oahu & Maui Family Discovery, which includes condo-style accommodations and tours that suit travellers of all ages.
Hawaii is an ideal beach paradise, an adventure haven, and a romantic escape all in one.
