In Varanasi, India when the rains have been delayed, frogs are married to each other to please the rain gods.

Varanasi, the ancient city lying on the western banks of Ganga, its aura remains the same. An old-world charm amid deep religious vibes, where you get to see a simple yet vibrant lifestyle on narrow lanes and rustic ghats. The many temples, the religious rituals being performed on the ghats, people taking holy dips in the water, all come together and create the religious character Varanasi is so famous for. As I walk on the lanes here and see the locals carrying on their daily chores or siting on the ghat and soak in the surroundings, I was filled with calmness and joy. It is a must visit place in the world.
