Space Needle
The Space Needle is one of the cultural icons of Seattle and has been featured in several movies and works of art. It was constructed in 1961 and was designed to mark humanity's aspiration for space exploration. It has a unique architectural design with a saucer-shaped deck supported by tripod steel legs. Inside the deck, visitors can have a 360-degree view of the city. An interesting piece of history is that the structure was one of the first in the world to have high-speed elevators.
Visitors can enjoy a wide range of activities, including enjoying the panoramic views of the city from the deck and experiencing the city in 360-degree VR. That's not all. Visit the Loupe, which is a revolving transparent glass, and stand on it to witness the stunning views of the city below. Before visiting the place, purchase tickets in advance, arrive early and don't forget to bring your camera.
