Namib-Naukluft National Park, established in 1979, is one of Africa's largest national parks. It is home to paleontological treasures in the form of dinosaur tracks and other ancient animals that can be found on the riverbed. It is also renowned for its stunning and diverse natural features, including red dunes, desert, gravel plains, rock engravings, canyons and mountains.
