To be entered into the weekly and grand prize draw, agents simply make a booking on any Goway vacation and will be eligible to win weekly prizes. Each week, one lucky agent will be selected at random to win a gift basket worth up to $100!*

In addition, all bookings made before August 31, 2009 will be entered into a draw to win a trip for 2 to Australia including round-trip airfare from Los Angeles, and 5 nights accommodation in Sydney.

*All agents with bookings with a posted deposit or full payment received Monday-Saturday will be entered into the weekly draw and also into the grand prize draw to be announced on September 16, 2009. Goway Travel, a leading North American Travel Specialist, is proud to announce the sponsorship of a kiwi chick at Kiwi Encounter at Rainbow Springs in Rotorua, New Zealand.

To celebrate, Goway is inviting North American residents to submit a suggested name for the Kiwi! The successful submission will be awarded a trip for two to Rotorua, New Zealand, including round trip airfare from Los Angeles/San Francisco or Vancouver to Rotorua, 5 nights accommodation, and entry to Kiwi Encounter to view the kiwis.

The kiwi is simply unique and commands a position all of its own in the bird world. It exists nowhere but New Zealand and its evolution is due to New Zealand’s isolation. Goway Announces the Winners of South Africa Contests

AFRICAExperts, Goway Travel’s exclusive division offering travel to Africa recently concluded a successful major joint promotional campaign with South African Tourism and South African Airways. The purpose was to raise the awareness of South Africa as a key destination for Canadian travellers. This included an in-depth series of Webinars on South Africa for travel agents as well as an on-line quiz. Both the Webinars and the Quiz included special prizes.

AFRICAExperts is pleased to announce the winners of both the South Africa Webinar series and the South Africa Quiz.

The winner of the Grand Prize was Jo Ann Wrobel of Kemp Travel in Oshawa, Ontario. Jo Ann was the lucky winner of the draw from all participants in our South Africa Quiz contest and has won a 2 week trip for two to South Africa including air with South African Airways and complete land arrangements.

Catherine Kellough of Maritime Travel in Halifax, Nova Scotia won 2 air tickets to South Africa again with South African Airways. Catherine was the winner of the draw from all participants in our South Africa Webinar series.

In recognition of the support of thousands of North American Agents, Goway is giving away tickets to Australia and New Zealand through to January 15, 2007.

The name “Kiah” was selected from thousands of entries and is an aboriginal term meaning “from a beautiful place”. The young koala emerged to the outside world from the pouch last week. This is the second baby for Goway’s Matilda, who joins her brother Walter.
