When passengers purchase their travel protection plan through Goway Travel within seven (7) days of their initial deposit they also receive the Goway Pre-Departure Cancellation Waiver Benefit that allows them to cancel their Goway travel arrangements 72 hours or more before their scheduled departure for ANY REASON NOT COVERED by the travel protection plan provisions. When a cancellation that is not covered by the travel protection plan provisions occurs during a penalty period, the cancellation penalty will be returned in Goway Travel Certificates, with the balance of the refund made either in cash or credit card credit.
